Finding Me

Yesterday one of my favorite people in the entire world left for Korea, to shoot pictures at his friends wedding and lo and behold he had an hour stopover in San Francisco! We ate bananas and lost each other multiple times explored the airports sights and caused an all out ruckus in the terminal.
This meeting and parting fed my soul in a way that really cant be overstated. I've known him for over half my life and loved him (to be fair i used to bully him) for nearly just as much and we met in an airport on the other side of the country, we call home, to begin new legs of what will be an amazing journey

He's sourcing new products for my company whilst he's away and theres no one I trust more to do so.
Somehow in loving him so hard in such short stint of time I had a eureka moment and instantaneously blossomed in a way I had never before let myself.
I know its working because that night for the first time in a long time I was afraid of things that went bum in the night and was comforted in an unfamiliar way by people I had thus far been unable to let do so.

Was loved really hard, really well by some really swell folks in her lifetime

it's  taken a really long time and I'm sure that everyday is a continued work in progress but the girl i see in the mirror, she's me. 

Her legs are longer than most people are tall, her moles cant be hidden by any amount of makeup, her feet are too big for cute shoes, her skin is 76 shades of brown, she speaks her own language, is a hopeless romantic, and is officially 25 pounds heavier than she's been for the vast majority of her life but I like her a lot. I got her on lock

She's vegan and doesn't eat salad too
